INTAR’s mission is to identify and promote effective, non-coercive, rights-based alternatives and supports that contribute towards establishing a new paradigm that displaces the biomedical psychiatric system.

 

INTAR does this by facilitating the networking of psychiatric survivors, advocates, and progressive practitioners around the world who are committed to this goal, by sharing educational resources, research findings, and first-hand experiences with people and organizations who are similarly engaged.
